I shop at Rainbow often. Not every week or anything, but enough. So the rewards are nice to have. You place orders, points show up, eventually you get something back. Kind of. It just feels like it takes a while unless you’re buying a bunch at once.

And sometimes I’m sitting there like, wait, did the points come in yet? Or how do I even use this reward? That part could definitely be clearer. It’s not bad. I like the idea. It just doesn’t feel super exciting yet.

I had to return something from Rainbow and expected it to be a hassle, but it was super easy. The refund came back to my account faster than I thought it would, and customer service kept things simple and clear. If you’re nervous about returns, I’d say don’t worry too much, they handled mine with no drama.

Payment went through really fast and the checkout was easy enough. I did feel a bit pressured to finish everything quickly, but my card had no issues and I got the order confirmation email right away

My order from Rainbow Shops arrived without any problems, which I really appreciated. The bag was properly sealed, and nothing was torn, crushed, or damaged. The clothes were folded neatly enough and looked clean inside the package. I was a little worried it might get tossed around during shipping, but everything looked just fine when I opened it. Overall, I’m happy with how it showed up

These were kind of a mixed bag for me. Some of the items felt cheaper than what I’ve seen other people get from similar products, but a few of them actually held up better than I expected. Not the best out there, but not a total waste either.

I was ordering from rainbowshops.com during one of their promos and at checkout I used a coupon code I found. The discount came off right away, which was nice, no weird extra steps or anything like that. The prices already were good, so it helped a lot more. My order went through smooth and my stuff got to me on time. I’d shop there again for sure when another deal is going on

It looked close to what was shown, but... the fabric felt a little different than I expected.

The whole process was really easy, and I appreciated how well they kept me updated. I got emails when my order shipped and again when it was out for delivery, so I never had to wonder where my stuff was. Really smooth experience overall.

I keep ordering the same size, but it fits differently every time, which is annoying. The website says one thing, but then what shows up doesn’t always match, so it’s hard to know what size to trust.

I did get exactly what I ordered, so no complaints about the item itself. That said, the whole experience felt a bit impersonal, like I was kind of being ignored whenever I had a question or needed an update

I ordered a couple of tops because the colors looked so cute and bright on the website, and then when they showed up I was like... wait, what happened? One was supposed to be this soft pink, but in person it looked way more beige, which was genuinely heartbreaking for my little outfit plans. The clothes themselves are fine, nothing awful, but the photos really need to match the actual colors better. I’m not devastated forever or anything, but yeah, disappointed.

I stopped in just to browse for a bit, and I was impressed with how clean everything was!! The floors looked great, the racks were actually organized, and the fitting rooms felt fresh instead of gross. It made the whole shopping trip so much easier and way more enjoyable.

Overall, it’s okay, just not great. I used to check Rainbow Shops whenever I needed an affordable outfit, but lately the options feel a little too limited. A lot of the clothes kind of look the same to me, just with different colors or patterns. I did find a couple of cute tops, so it wasn’t a total miss, but the dresses and work clothes really weren’t doing it for me. I just wish they had more variety instead of so many repeats of the same trendy styles.

I do like some of the clothes from Rainbow, and I’ve found cute stuff on rainbowshops.com before, but shopping in the actual store was kind of exhausting.

Everything felt mixed together, with sizes all over the racks and random tops showing up in the pants section. The sale stuff was confusing too because a lot of it didn’t have clear tags, and I’m just tired of having to work that hard to figure out what’s what.

The employees were nice when I needed help, so it wasn’t really about them. The store just felt crowded and disorganized, and by the time I found one item to buy, I was more ready to leave than keep shopping.

I’ve found some really cute and affordable stuff here, especially for basics, but the quality isn’t always consistent. Some pieces are totally fine, while others feel like they won’t last very long. I’d still shop here for simple things, but probably not for everything, it just felt..

When someone finally got back to me, they did answer my question, but it felt super rushed, like they were just trying to get it out of the way. The problem did get fixed in the end, so I guess that’s something, but it was still frustrating. I just wish their support was faster and explained things a little more clearly.
